Years ago, when I was teaching, I saw an issue of National Geographic with a cover photo of The San Andreas Fault that fascinated me.  The photo showed this huge rift in the earth that seemed to go on forever.

Since that time, I’ve been in search of The San Andreas fault.   I now have had a number of opportunities to see the San Andreas Fault.  But the fun of finding new points of geological, geographical, and cultural interest continues to be a passion of mine, which means, I love to travel!
